Marlena Wesh is a Haiti sprinter, born on February 16, 1991 in Virginia Beach, United States. She competes primarily in the 100m, 200m and 400m.

Her personal bests include 11.70 in the 100m, 23.06 in the 200m, 51.23 in the 400m, 57.49= in the 400mH and 43.43 in the 4x100m. She has earned 1 silver medal in major international competitions. She is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Haiti.
