Henryk Jankowski is a Poland long-distance runner, born on October 15, 1961 in Chojnice, Poland. Standing 1.75 m, He competes primarily in the 3000m, 5000m and 3000mSt.

His personal bests include 7:57.78 in the 3000m, 13:45.17 in the 5000m, 8:22.33 in the 3000mSt, 14:04 in the 5Kilometre and 5:30.70 in the 2000Metres. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Poland.
