Elzan Bibić is a Serbia middle-distance runner, born on January 8, 1999 in Karajukica Bunari, Serbia. Standing 1.97 m, He competes primarily in the 800m, 1500m and Mile.

His personal bests include 1:50.31 in the 800m, 3:34.20 in the 1500m, 3:55.90 in the Mile, 7:37.03 in the 3000m and 13:13.06 in the 5000m.
