Are Nakkim

Are Nakkim is a Norway long-distance runner, born on February 13, 1964. He competes primarily in the 3000m, 5000m and 10000m.

His personal bests include 7:45.03 in the 3000m, 13:19.82 in the 5000m, 27:32.52 in the 10000m, 8:24.13 in the 3000mSt and 5:43.38 in the 2000Metres. He has earned 2 silver medals in major international competitions. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Norway.
