Silke Harms

Silke Harms is a FRG relay runner, born on August 17, 1967. She competes primarily in the 4x100m, LJ and TJ.

Her personal bests include 45.28 in the 4x100m, 6.56 in the LJ, 13.07 in the TJ and 7.96 in the 60m. She has earned 1 silver medal in major international competitions. She is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing FRG.
